We love the blinds. I wish I had checked on line before I made purchases from Lowes and Home Depot. These blinds are a much better quality. I love the fact that the blinds were a perfect fit, no removing slats.

The quality of the blinds was outstanding. The faux finish was almost impossible to tell whether real wood or not, the measure was right on for the space, and the finish was superb. We really enjoy and highly recommend the valance. The only issue we encountered was the instructions were quite small, poorly reproduced (light print) and we had to go on line to down load instructions from your web site. There were eight blinds hanging ribbons which we thought were too numerous for a 70 1/2 inch span, and detract somewhat from the ambiance of the space (it looks too busy to us.) Otherwise, we are extremely happy with the blinds.

Excellent quality and easy to install. However, I was missing 32 screws with my last order and the packing was haphazzard, virtually no packing material to absord the shipping. Consequently, bent rails. Thank goodness, the rail was covered by the cornice!

The Blinds look great, always measure the window and subtract a quarter inch I thought that they would have subtracted this.

The Blinds look great, always measure the window and subtract a quarter inch I thought that they would have subtracted this. (all i had to do was use flat head screws).
Also when FedX delivered (the box looked like it was dropped out of a plane) the the Valances were all broken one one end.
Also where were no tie backs for the window pulls

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
